Mr. Friedman is an experienced senior executive and advisor for technology, manufacturing,and professional services companies. Mr. Friedman was Co-Founder and President of Perfect Fitness, LLC, the developers and marketers of the Perfect Pushup® and other innovative fitness equipment. Perfect Fitness was ranked the fastest growing consumer products company by INC Magazine in 2009 with over 12,000% growth in three years. Products were sold througheCommerce and at over 20,000 retail locations including: Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Amazon.com, etc. The company was acquired by Implus, a NC-based sporting goods company in October 2011.

Mr. Friedman previously served as Chief Operating Officer of eLabor.com, a leading provider of labor management and project management software; Chief Operating Officer of Perinatal Practice Management, the largest provider of prenatal genetic testing services in California, acquired by Genzyme Corporation (GENZ) in 1999; and Director of Product Development andMarketing at Champion Irrigation Products. He served as a Senior Advisor to Candle Corp.

Mr. Friedman holds an MBA from USC and a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from UCSD.
