Exploring how federal law defines Jewishness and anti-Jewish discrimination, historically and today. This session will delve into who the jews are - a race, a religious group, an ethnicity, a nationality. 

Questions explored will include how the law defines Jews and if that definition can change, how does defining Jewish identity define antisemitism or vice versa, and what are the legal ramifications of this definition.

Ethical leadership in law goes far beyond bar rules—it’s about character, judgment, and the choices attorneys make when no one is watching. 

This session uses some of Seinfeld’s most hilarious moments as an unlikely but revealing lens on Jewish ethics, exploring what Jewish tradition teaches about integrity, responsibility, and leadership.
