Eric Fleiss is Managing Director and CEO of Regent Properties. Mr. Fleiss develops and formalizes Regent’s constantly evolving investment strategy, sources and acquires acquisitions, and manages investor relations. Mr. Fleiss has acquired, developed and/or disposed of multiple real estate product types totaling over 11 million square feet of vertical product as well as 8,000 acres of land. He previously worked at the Westfield Corporation, Inc. where he focused on individual and portfolio property acquisitions, as well as property management and development projects. Mr. Fleiss began his career as a financial analyst in The Walt Disney Company's Corporate Strategic Planning Department.

Mr. Fleiss is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Young Presidents’ Organization, and the Rand Corporation’s Policy Circle; and serves on the board of directors of both the CCA Core Return and CCA Aggressive Return mutual funds.

He graduated magna cum laude with an AB in Economics from Harvard College, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
