Emily is the Chairperson of Summit Properties and has been involved in dozens of businesses and real estate ventures. At Summit, Emily is actively involved in business strategy, acquisitions, and major lease transactions. After graduating from Harvard with a BA in Economics, she got her CPA and worked at MA/ACOM Linkabit and KPMG Peat Marwick. She also was an investment sales broker for Grubb and Ellis, responsible for both industrial and apartment investment sales. Emily is active and involved in the philanthropic community of San Diego, and serves as vice-chair of 2-1-1 San Diego, vice-chair of the Leichtag Foundation, and board member of the La Jolla Playhouse. She also served as the past Chair of the Jewish Community Foundation of San Diego.
