Alan G. Mnuchin has since June 2023 has been associated with Liberty Strategic Capital, a Washington DC based private equity fund, in various capacities but with primary focus on its New Content and Financial Services verticals. Mr. Mnuchin is Founder and CEO of Ariliam Group, a principal investing and strategic consulting investment firm, since 2019. Mr. Mnuchin is also Chairman &; CEO of Falcon Equity Investors, a sponsor of special purpose acquisition companies focused on media, technology and related sectors. Prior to Ariliam, Mr. Mnuchin founded AGM Partners, a Mergers &; Acquisitions boutique focused on the Media and Communications industries in May of 2003. Previously, Mr. Mnuchin was Global Head of the Media Group in the Investment Banking Division of Lehman Brothers from February 2000 to May 2003. Mr. Mnuchin was previously Head of the Media & Entertainment Group in the Investment Banking Division at Bear Stearns from 1996 to 2000. Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Mr. Mnuchin was a senior member of the Communications, Media & Entertainment Group at Goldman Sachs, having started his career there in 1984. Mr. Mnuchin earned an M.B.A from the University of Chicago and a B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
