Mentorship Program

Connections That Move You Forward

At The Jewish Grad Organization (JGO), mentorship is more than a conversation—it's a connection that can shape your future.

Our Mentorship Program

connects graduate students, young professionals, and experienced leaders for meaningful, two-way conversations. Mentors share insight and guidance, while mentees bring curiosity and fresh perspectives. Together, they build relationships that spark connection, growth, and clarity at pivotal moments in both of their journeys.
Mentorship Program

What to Expect?

Over the course of 3–6 months, you'll meet one-on-one with your mentor for three conversations designed to support your growth.

These meetings are a space to ask questions, explore ideas, and gain perspective—whether you're figuring out your next step, thinking about building something of your own, or looking to grow professionally.

Who It's For?

We're looking for thoughtful, curious, and driven individuals who are ready to show up, engage, and take initiative.

Mentorship is a two-way relationship—and the more you invest in it, the more meaningful it becomes.
